Why Little Wildflower?

Little Wildflower Bakery grew from something deeply personal: knowing firsthand how difficult it can be to find gluten-free food you can feel confident choosing—food that tastes incredible and doesn’t feel like a compromise.

Living with celiac disease means I understand the care that goes into choosing what to eat. That experience is at the heart of this little bakery. Every batch is prepared in my dedicated gluten-free kitchen with attention to ingredients, preparation, and the details that matter.

But being gluten-free shouldn't mean giving up the foods you love. My goal is simple: bake cookies, breads, and eventually even more treats that are so good, everyone at the table wants one.

A rustic wooden table in front of a window with a view of greenery, holding a vase of sunflower and daisy flowers, freshly baked bread, a bowl with a spoon, a mug, a plate with butter, cookie, and an open cookbook with a green cloth underneath.

Baked With Care. From My Kitchen to Yours.

For me, gluten-free isn't a trend—it's part of everyday life. That's why Little Wildflower is built around thoughtful preparation, small batches, and a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.

Little Wildflower is starting just as the name suggests—little. A thoughtfully chosen menu of cookies and breads, baked in small batches, with room to grow as our community grows with us.
